Junior Project Manager & Team Assistant
FromCounsel, the leading online legal intelligence service for law firms and in-house lawyers, is looking for a Junior Project Manager & Team Assistant to join our operations team and to support senior management.
Since its launch in 2017, FromCounsel has developed a reputation for offering an unmatched premium knowledge service to corporate lawyers and boasts over 90% of the top 100 city law firms as just some of our clients. We are now expanding into other practice areas and growing our product portfolio within each area and have partnered with leading platforms on the cutting edge of AI to leverage the true potential of our data. Our aim is to make our content more comprehensive, more insightful, and more accessible than anyone else in the market.
Working with the COO and supporting the wider senior management team, you will be responsible for ad-hoc short and long-term projects which are both internally and externally focussed in nature. You will also provide day-to-day support for the tech and commercial teams, as required. As such, this will be an interesting and wide-ranging role, requiring delivery of projects within set time frames and dealing with - and influencing - a variety of stakeholders.
You will be fully supported, but must be comfortable navigating inter-dependencies, competing deadlines, capturing business requirements, and meeting internal and external customer expectations.
We don’t expect the successful candidate to have existing experience in every facet of the role because there is such variety within it. Rather, to be successful we are looking for someone who is exceptionally bright, a self-starter, a fantastic communicator and problem solver and who will begin delivering to an exceptional level of quality from the get-go. Ability to use your own initiative is a must.
This role has the capacity to grow with the business and offer the right candidate a great opportunity for self-development and to work with all departments across the business. It is a perfect role for someone who is looking to gain invaluable experience in a highly respected company to open many future avenues and progress their career.
